The Operators' Roast is an organic certified Arabica from the growing areas in the Marcala region in southwestern Honduras. Coffee cultivation in this region is held firmly in the hands of small farmers who focus primarily on ecological standards, and sustainability. At altitudes between 1450 and 1550 meters, mainly the Arabica varieties Caturra, Tipica and Bourbon are grown here. Through their interaction, the coffee develops its full-bodied and empyreumatic aroma after roasting. Convince yourself with a cup of Operators' Roast!
