Basic maturation in bourbon casks, re-matured in sherry casks and ultimately refined by us in calvados casks. Bottled at 42% vol to ensure a maturation process that is over 13 years old

- Taste : Sweet, soft and fruity oak. Bitter almond, citrus notes and orange peel.
